The Village at Three Fountains

I toured these "luxury" apartments. No elevators, underground parking, or garbage chute. They have fees on top of fees $200 lease fee for them to type your name at the top, community room fee. Management is extremely unresponsive, they will spam you telling you to sign lease. When you ask questions they will just ignore. I found an apartment that is 1/3 bigger, for $20 more (new place has underground parking, elevator, and trash chute). They also would not even answer questions about garages, it was stated it would be on the lease. I read all the pages of the 20 different leases they sent (sometimes multiple times in one day). After touring I spoke to some friends, and they had problems with this company too. It is no surprise why they have so many open units.

I came to tour apartments and Alexis did a fantastic job at touring and showing us everything. Not only did she show us everything but she didn't struggle at all answering questions about finances or money. She in fact answered with confidence and had a great attitude above all. My video tour with Alexis was fantastic. She addressed all my concerns as a first time apartment hunter here in Sioux Falls. I am currently dealing with being in a wheelchair and I am really happy to say that Alexis bent over backwards to help me be at ease being in their apartments with a wheelchair.
