The leasing staff are some of my favorite people! They helped me into an apartment under a very short time span. Their specials for move in cant be beat. Everything done was transparent and fast. Very manageable cost of living. Maintenance was on issues super super fast and the maintenance needed was super minimal. Neighbors were quiet. There's a ton of parking. I loved looking out of my apartment at the mountains every day as well. When I've had coworkers ask about good places to live I'm always fast to recommend this complex. Security is also very tight and they make sure there's no one lingering on property that shouldn't be there. I've had cars stolen at other properties in the same area but security is so tight here I've never had any concern of safety or theft. Thank you so much The

The Village at Sandia is a war-zone. Within my two years I have learned that 1) the management seems to see residents as criminals, this was proved to me the first week when they searched my apartment for drugs without provocation. 2) The management hides possible criminal behavior of their own staff, this was indicated to me one night a couple months ago when a woman came to the complex furious at a resident, screaming he put his mouth on her underage daughter, as I saw the scene it seemed the onsite maintenance man here was the target and was trying to shush her. I have since seen this same man around the complex like nothing ever happened. 3) Recently I have seen the onsite security guards (who are dressed in armor) interrogating people on their resident status in a stop-and-frisk style

Hi everyone! I would love to say anything positive about this place! We were tolerated for 7 months there until they decided to take us to court for non payment of rent, although they called good will to say we were evicted before we were. They stopped paying. So yesterday we go back there to visit a sick friend, and got harassed by the black security guard that threatened to beat up my disabled fiance!!! They banned us from the property for no reason!!! The place is terrible! They treated us like pond scum!! Also I reported that security guard to the Dept. of Justice I really hope they get what they deserve!

We have new owners and management, they are revitalizing our community. The improvements have been beautiful. We have 24 hour on site security and there is more exciting changes to come. In today's times it's a blessing to have a safe and secure home.

Wow where can I start? Well only 7 months ago my fiancee and I stayed in room 111 on the first floor. I can't tell you a worse place to stay. My fiance is a navy veteran and was approved for a navy grant for rent to live here. That's when the nightmare began. Trinity Estate Asset Management is the current property management there. Since day one they have wanted us out. Now you see I had no idea that the security guards are able to take pictures of you coming and going with there cell phones. The first attempt at eviction he got nailed for taking a neighbor to the store that was smoking beans in the truck. They lost that one. 2nd eviction attempt they call goodwill and tell them we were evicted, however we hadn't seen the judge yet. They try to take us too court over no rent being paid. Lo
