The Village at Pine Ridge

Finally getting around to writing this review. Sorry whoever manages this page, but this one's annoying to read. I lived at Pine Ridge townhomes for 1 year from august 24-august 25. I had numerous run ins with maintenance over the course of my stay, and some of them were genuinely great and swift. However, water damage is nothing to play with. We had a leak covering roughly 1/3 the area of one of our bedrooms that would leak, get "fixed" (via an outside contractor), get painted over, and leak again despite the "fix". This leak was present in our unit for 10/12 months of our lease. We had an on and off leak, covering roughly 150-200 sqft. of space we paid for for 83.3% of our lease. I'm quite sure that anyone would consider this completely unacceptable, not to mention at a $2400-2600 price

Melvin Clayton was the repair technician to help us fix a few issues that needed to be addressed upon move in and he was fantastic. He was very friendly and was in and out! He fixed everything we requested and gave us a few pointers.

Hello everyone, my family and I have recently moved in, last Friday to be exact!!! And I kid you not, we’ve been calling and complaining since then!! First the maintenance staff guaranteed professionally cleaned carpet…. Far from that, when my family and I walked into the rental property it had a horrible smell of cigarettes, and the carpet was dirty and was flat meaning it was never cleaned nor probably managed!! Long story short I payed $350 for an actual professional to come clean the carpet and this guy did a spectacular job!! Now there is a problem with the dryer. Upon moving in and miscommunication the washer and dryer were both removed from the unit. For us to be told that you can only install a gas dryer. Thank you Pine Ridge for offering a great community for my daughter to start her adult life. I can't say enough about the quick response from maintenance on the few occasions she's needed to contact them. The buildings and grounds are kept in great shape. The office staff has always been friendly and willing to help her. I love the layout of her apartment and the option of having a garage to park in during the winter months! Thank you Pine Ridge for a great place for my daughter to live!

I am coming up on my 8th year as a resident of The Village at Pine Ridge. My experience has been very positive. All of the numerous times, I have interacted with Resident Services and the Maintenance staff, has always been met with the utmost professionalism. Whether it's a simple question or a unit repair request, everything has always been addressed, and repairs corrected with expediency. As a tenant, I appreciate and value that business philosophy - We'll make it right for you so that your continued residency remains pleasurable and positive.That level of consistency has been there from day one.
