Pine Ridge Apartments

Melvin and Jan thank you so much for replacing my sink since October of last year. You both came into my home and said that we’re here to replace your sink and I knew that you would both do your job. It took you both literally 30 minutes to replace my kitchen sink!! Hire people who LOVE their job, not people who see something and run from the job or it’s not their job and pass it off to other workers!! I want Melvin and Jan doing anything maintenance related to come to my home. Because I know the job will be done correctly, if I have any questions they don’t mind explaining to me what they are doing. And they LOVE their job!! TEAMWORK makes the DREAM WORK!!

I had a great experience with the recent maintenance work. The technician arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and clearly explained what needed to be done. The issue was fixed efficiently and thoroughly, and everything was left clean and in good working order. It’s always reassuring to have maintenance handled promptly and with care. I've been at Pine Ridge for almost a year, and so far I have had a good experience. Shamyka in the Leasing Office was great & professional in assisting me navigate my move-in. Resident services have been able to answer my inquiries in a timely manner. And to top it off, maintenance is very responsive. The apartment itself is cozy, my neighbors are nice. This has been a great experience so far. The only reason why I give this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the drastic rent increases every year, I keep my space clean and always pay rent ahead of time, but if I stay here for another renewal increase, I will have no choice but to look for another place. But thank you to the staff of this building for setting the bar so high!

Shameka, was very rude I stayed here for almost 2 years barely interacted with the office. But when I did it was never easy not when dealing with shameka. One incident - She moved my clothes out of the washer machine and placed them on top of the washer when I called and asked why were my clothes on the washer she stated she moved them because they were in the washer and the washer time was up. But I had a timer and the timer had just ended less than 5 mins ago. She didn’t apologize or anything she was very much like “well I moved it so deal with it” her customer service skills are horrible. She was so pleasant when touring with her but as soon as u become a resident she switches. Only giving this place 1 star because I didn’t have any maintenance issues or pest issues

I would not recommend this apartment complex based on my experience. Maintenance requests consistently took a long time to receive a response, and in multiple cases I had to follow up a second time just to get an answer. Needed a large whole with a leak repaired in the main bathroom & it took several maintenance visits to revolve the issue…several times the issue was fixed and unresolved, taking over a month to fix the issue entirely. Amenities were also unreliable. The pool was frequently closed, which was disappointing considering it’s a feature residents pay for. Apparently the issues with the outdoor pool were due to staffing,but the indoor pool was closed 3/4 of the time I lived there for over a year due to “repairs. Additionally, the elevators were constantly out of order, creating
