Benny to the rescue…. I’ve been without overhead lights in my kitchen since Saturday. I expected the issue to be addressed on Monday. That day came and went, Tuesday also. Nothing!!! I called to inquire about the status today and Benny came to replace the fixture. He completed the task with percussion and efficiency, and swiftly I might add. And to think, I’ve been working with a flashlight and waiting 5 days now for a repair that was a simple, quick, and easy fix! Thanks Benny, you were a godsend today.

Liliana is an exceptional lady who makes the entire process smooth, seamless and stress free. She communicates clearly and handles details professionally and diligently. She is good at her job and makes you feel at home. I will recommend her over and over again.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Please do NOT waste your time leasing from this place. Friends of mine were trying to move in after seeing the advertised special pricing. First, they were given a move-in date — then only TWO days before that date, they received a call saying the apartment wasn’t ready. By that time, they had already notified their current complex that they were moving out. They found another unit, and Liliana (the manager) sent a lease that was signed by all tenants. LESS THAN 24 HOURS later, they received another call saying the apartment still wouldn’t be ready — with no clear date or timeframe — but were told that if they paid an extra $35, they could be moved into a different unit. We've just moved into the apartment with the wonderful help from Taya and Karen on completing all necessary applications process. Taya also did great job on the walk through with us prior to our moved in and explained in details of every procedure. Thank you very much for their professional support and attentive care. We look forward to enjoying the new home and the wonderful community.

Angela, the manager of the apartments, does a great job in her position. We’ve been living here for about three years, and she has done everything in her power to ensure our success in living here, which I highly appreciate. Despite this, I love the area; it is quiet and makes me feel comfortable living in a public property. The managers are also very attentive to the needs of the community.
