I lived in a 2nd floor apt here for 2 years. I would not recommend this apt complex unless you can get a third floor unit. The first year I lived here I had no issues, but my second year I had two very loud upstairs neighbors. I could hear every footfall they made and the last resident I had above me worked 3rd shift so for 2 nights each week I had to wear ear plugs just to sleep at night. I ended up moving out a couple months before my lease was up just to get out of my horrible living situation. Whenever my upstairs neighbor was home, it was impossible to relax or enjoy peace and quiet. I submitted noise complaints to management multiple times, but no meaningful action was taken to resolve it so I moved.

I lived here for over 4 years. I had no issues. Very reasonably priced, good amenities, clean property, responsive office staff and maintenance, and located in a convenient area for work in Dayton. Would recommend for anyone looking to rent in the Dayton area!

Lived here for a year and had a pretty decent experience. Property is well maintained. Maintenance will fix any issues within the same day usually. Close proximity to grocery store and gas stations. This can be good or bad, depending on shopping centers traffic at times. Every apartment has a nice view of the pond, which attracts some cool wild life, if you’re into that. Decent pool and walking trail. I’d say the only thing I would like is if the parking was gated or at least the entrance just as a deterrence from possible car theft since it’s located in such a busy area. & Most neighbors are pleasant but you can expect the typical apartment issues, such as possibly dealing with loud or unaware neighbors. Overall, I’d say give it a chance if you’re interested. Just know there’s a waitlist

I have really enjoyed living in my apartment here. The location was perfect- a 1 minute drive to the grocery, I could walk across the road to get to Thomas Cloud park, and it is only 15 minutes from the mall. The pool was great in the summer, the maintenance staff was always very kind and prompt when an issue arose, and the office personnel were always friendly and greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile. There are little doggy stands with baggies provided to keep the complex free and clear of poo, which I thought was a great idea. I love how peaceful it was living here and I always felt safe. I would highly recommend Cloud Park Apartments to anyone looking for a new place to call home :)

First off, the management is extremely rude, always and for no reason. They are "welcoming" up until signing your lease. Once you reside here they treat you as bothersome. The maintenance employees are also exceptionally rude. When something isn't right in the apartment they act annoyed to actually have to do their job and treat you in a condescending manner. They also shoot at the wildlife that the pond attracts. Here's a tip, don't put a pond in the middle of your apartment community if you're going to harm the animals it naturally attracts? This is the furthest place from a "community." It's hard to even call it "home." We also had pages of problems when we first moved in to the apartment. I wouldn't suggest living here to anyone.
