The Village at Carnes Crossroads Apartments

Toured several times and spoke with Jasmine, Jessica, and Erin... all staff so far have been extremely friendly and helpful. It is apparent they enjoy what they do and truly want to help future and current residents. The property is still opening section by section but so far, the buildings, area, decor, and amenities are very nice! UPDATE: The tour staff and property references still apply, although unfortunately due to construction my specific apartment held was leased to ANOTHER resident. To say the least I was shocked and disappointed as even with apologies & compensation offered, it was not the specific unit I had researched and chosen to live in and was not a great start to a committed lease so I declined. Protip: Be aware of T&C construction clauses you agree to.

A thousand stars no notes! I’ve lived here over 6 months now and it’s been amazing watching this place grow. The leasing team is amazing and is always on top of communication, i was able to tour, apply and sign all within 5 days. The move in process was easy to navigate. safety and security made this place my top choice. Maintenance is exceptional work orders can be answered within 30 minutes and very respectful when entering your home, if youre there or not. Beautiful amenities gym, sauna, pool, dog park and washing station. Trash pick up is consistent. Prices are amazing. Can’t wait to resign in the coming months!

Just moved in and so far everything has been great! The apartment is clean, beautiful, and exactly as expected. The move-in process was smooth and the staff has been very helpful and welcoming. Excited to call this place home!

I want to give a huge thank-you to Jessica, Erin, and Cameron for going above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. They were always responsive, patient, and willing to explain every detail, from the lease to utilities and move-in logistics. We recently moved into The Village at Carnes Crossroads and there is a lot to love here. The property is brand new and absolutely beautiful. The pricing is currently below typical market value, and there are great leasing specials that make it very appealing. The amenities are a huge highlight. The saltwater pool, golf simulator, a state of the art fitness center and thoughtfully designed workspaces are all fantastic. Even the signature scent in the lobby and clubhouse makes the community feel elevated and welcoming. The leasing and management staff deserve a major shoutout. Jess and Erin are always kind, professional, and willing to help even when the lobby is full of tours and questions.
