The Village at Brighton Place

I’ve been a resident here for 5 years. In that time they have raised my rent by over $600 a month, they shut down my online payment portal despite my disability, which means I have to arrange for transportation to drag my crippled leg across town to pay at one of their pay sites (which also costs additional money). Most upsetting though, when I lost my job and had to come out of pocket to bury my dad at the end of August, I asked if ther was any way the could help my family out and at least waive the late fees they piled on me. The property manager informed me that despite 5 years of complaint free residence here, they won’t do ANYTHING for my family or myself. Eviction proceeding have already been initiated. I have called Village at Brighton Place home for the last 5 years and it has truly been a great experience. The homes were built for maximizing family space, which is perfect! Despite the smaller rooms, the living and dining areas are large, leaving you to enjoy board games, movie nights, dinners with friends, and more. If there is one thing I would encourage management to improve it is the backyard. Weeds grow too often in the back, and it would save a lot of money for residents and - in the long run - for management if the rock area was reinforced with plastic under the rocks to avoid weed growth. I would imagine management inevitably has to come through with gardeners when people move out and clear out weeds, which costs them money (if people move out without having their own gardener

The location is perfectly located to highways and downtown chandler restaurants and bars. The houses are in amazing shape! And feel like a home not traditional apartment living! Teri is amazing to work with and so is all the staff. They keep it very clean in the community making it that much more enjoyable! And all the neighbors are friendly as well! Any problems that arise, which aren’t many with the way they maintain, maintenance crew takes care of it all in a timely manner! I am glad I got to spend time living here where they take pride in all their location! I recommend this community to anybody looking for a place to call home for a while!

Absolutely stunning location to live! Bungalows are prestine and updated, could not ask for better on property services including trash pick up , landscaping and pest control services. Karl from maintenance is extremely knowledgeable and gets everything handled and done in an efficient and timely manner! Kudos to Teri the Property Manager who is always upbeat and 100% willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have. 5 STARS for sure to the ENTIRE team at Village at Brighton! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a great place to live! My place is very spacious, and has the benefits and feeling of living in a house, instead of traditional apartment living. Teri, the property manager, is fantastic to work with and really cares about the tenants and property.
