I moved out of here two years ago but I’m upset because they refused to let us move without penalty even though we submitted work orders for six months about this mold. Now it’s on my credit, be side I refuse to give them anymore money. Don’t move here unless you want to have breathing issues for the rest of your life. They delete reviews!!! In 2022 my sister left a one star review requesting maintenance to our apartment in September. Our original work order was submitted in June and July, they delete your work orders too. This place is a nightmare! The office staff are extremely rude and they do not care about you after you sign the lease. The comments about the bug problems are very true. There has been attempted burglaries and car thefts at this community. The work orders never get done because they spend time fixing “urgent” maintenance requests. The appliances are also faulty and outdated. The office staff never answer the phone unless you are a prospective tenant. Believe the bad reviews because there is some truth to them. Don’t get fooled into thinking this a good property.

As a prospective tenant, I can say Nigel treated me like a VIP. I showed up without an appointment and she did whatever she could to accommodate me in that moment. She could've sent me away but instead, she provided top tier customer service. A true testament to her character and work ethic!

They nickle and dime you to death for everything. Also when I moved in I didn't get all of the amenities they told me I would have in my apartment. Also know they will say you're getting a view but they won't tell you that you can only see it when there are no leaves on the trees. Oh and be careful where you park because I was towed before even though I have a parking pass. There's a lot of information they won't volunteer so if you decide to move here ask a lot questions.

This complex recently changed management companies and, in my opinion, went from 5-star to 2-star. I submitted a service request on December 1, 2016, and have had no response as of today, December 22. I would give some benefit of the doubt for the difficulties of transition, but in the same time period they did somehow manage to promptly follow up on getting me to sign a new lease. Lopsided priorities.
