the complex is so peaceful and clean. the pool and other amenities are clean. Leslie at the leasing office is so so sweet and SO helpful. getting an apartment is stressful and she made the process 100 times easier than any other place i toured / looked at. she was super timely as well. i heard back from her within the day or next day anytime i contacted her!

Did anyone notice how all the reviews from 2 months ago all were 4 stars and named employees by name? Like they had an incentive to do so. This is definitely not a 4 star place, its not even a 1 star type of place. The leasing employees are all rude and awful, the manager insulted and yelled at me. The manager takes bold rudeness to another level, I have never encountered someone so unpleasant in my life. Truly a gross, despicable human. My car was towed even though it was registered. The week before I was scheduled to move out I was incessantly harassed by the incompetent leasing agents via phone calls, text messages and emails telling me that they were going to fine me if I did not move out a week before my scheduled move out date they would fine me. The manager is extremely rude, has no empathy or listening skills. She doesn't listen will interrupt and belittle. I know this is not the way to conduct business. She insulted me and said "you people" in a way that seemed a little micro aggressive if you catch my drift. The leasing agents talk badly about the tenants, I was placed on hold and could hear them gossiping and talking loudly about some of the tenants one of them said "well she lives here, you know all these people are brokies." I requested pest control multiple times and nothing was done. There are so many bugs. So so many bugs, big ones, small ones so many, not just roaches, hoards of gnats in the walkways, mosquitos in the corridors during the summer. Living at this complex has been amazing largely thanks to Leslie. She genuinely cares about residents and goes out of her way to make sure everyone feels at home. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled quickly, and she always follows up to make sure everything’s fixed properly. It’s rare to find a manager who is both professional and personable — Leslie is both. Couldn’t ask for better!

worst apartment complex ! I was leasing here and during my time there they would falsely accuse of lease violations and give us unfair fees. Girls from the leasing office are extremely rude and unprofessional and lack proper communication with residents. They will find a way to scam you out of your money, please stay away ! This place is not to be trusted at all !!!
