The View at North Mountain

I had a hard time finding an apartment that was not gona cost me a fortune, until I found The View. The management was willing to work with me through my issues, the leasing agent, Yolonda- was very helpful, and when I did have a couple maintenance issues they were on top of it in a timely manner. The location is great, not far from I-17 and less than a mile to the light rail. The pool is always clean and the laundry room stays clean with all the machines working great. I live on the 3rd floor...so I just wish there was an elevator. But at least its good exercise!

I previously lived in these apartments prior to the change in management. During a recent visit to the leasing office, I had the pleasure of working with Christine. She dedicated several hours to assisting me with my concerns and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to help made a lasting impression, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience of working with her.

My cousin moved here from out of state and it’s definitely a catfish complex. I checked out the website for this complex and it’s definitely blows your mind at how misleading it is. And also don’t depend on them to fix anything. The apartments here are literally condemned and are a dump. Like I can’t believe it’s even legal for them to run this complex the way that they do. I also checked out the pricing on apartments and it’s literally so budget friendly I could afford 3 of their apartments on my salary. I also understand that a certain demographic may have to resort to such a place as this one to make it by and make ends meet.

Absolutely love the community! So thankful for Jasmine and her patience in answering all my questions. I am a first time renter so i was coming into my tour super nervous and scared but jasmine made it all so effortless with her amazing customer service. You can definitely tell she knows a lot about the community. So far all my neighbors have been very welcoming, I’m looking forward to what this new chapter in my life will bring. I’m most happy with my decision of where i will be living :)

I've been here for 2 year and there has been so much improvement with the property in so little time. The pool has been open since new management took over and any problem or concerns have been taken care of immediately by Monica, she very respectful, acts immediately and take cares of what need to be done. Maintenance men are very nice, respectful and hard working, I feel comfortable being here
