The View at Blue Ridge Commons

I have lived at this community for some time, and while it has a lot of potential and is visually very nice, there are ongoing issues that management has not adequately addressed. One of the biggest problems is cleanliness. The trash compactor is often overflowing, with large piles of garbage outside. This creates an unpleasant and unsanitary environment. Many residents also improperly dispose of large items, which causes frequent backups. Another major concern is the amount of dog waste throughout the property. There is often dog poop in common areas and walkways. Responsible pet owners clean up after their animals, but unfortunately many do not, and rules are not consistently enforced. Beautiful complex and amazing management! The grounds are kept nice and management has done an awesome job staying on track and getting amenities completed during the new construction of this complex. I love living here and love the beautiful fixtures they have in my unit along with the detail work that has been added into our units. I made a great choice moving here and just love the staff as a whole. They work really hard and take pride in their residents and complex. Drucker and Falk is an outstanding management company for these owners and one of the major reasons why I chose to move here and that's because I knew they like to take care of their complex and residents. OMG!!! Andres was the best help! He was so honest and informative. Honestly, they need to give him a raise ha ha ha. The area is phenomenal and the residences look like kind and decent people. I did my research and this place is awesome both in Person and online. Honestly, the only complaints I’ve heard and seen has just been about the staircase cleanup, but if I’m being honest with you when I approach the property I didn’t really see that issue. Absolutely would recommend this place not only for how they navigate the application process, but also for the location, the people and the amenities. initially said that it would take me about a week to get approved. Beautiful apartments quiet with a lot of amenities. No unnecessary complaints here. The size of them are exceptional for the price. My 2 bedroom apartment is over 1100 square feet.

UPDATE: see all this brown stuff and sunken in snow… yup that’s dog poop. They have the nerve to charge $2,000 a month on rent but let people’s dogs poop wherever with no consequences. DIRTY! This doesn’t even count for all the spider webs, dead bugs, grass, and spots on the front entrance to the doors. There needs to be some power washing or repainting. I’ve had a friend in the complex also complain in a review and they told them they would have maintenance go and check it out and they appreciate the review.. they never did anything about it.
