Hello. Crown Ridge is under new management. We have worked very hard to clean up the place. Newly renovated and still at an affordable price.

This has got to be the worse place to rent from we have had nothing but trouble since we moved in this place first ac went out never got fixed and we have been here for 5 months already we have put in a work order for our tub to get fixed it's been 2 weeks and we still can't use our tub it hasn't got fixed nor the front door it's definitely not secured a 8 year old could knock down the door and the roaches are horrible no matter how clean you are your infested it's disgusting and the management does not care the maintance sucks the girls in the office don't care so we are having to go use family or friends shower just to shower I would advice you not to move in this place!! It's cheap but you get what you pay for!! If I can give this place a zero star I would!!!

This has to be the worst place to live on the Eastside of Lubbock. You can be the world's cleanest family and the roach problem this complex has will not go away. It's horrible. So ready to move out. The only reason y son and I've in was because it was because it was the only t place we could afford at the time. The maintenance crew and management is just as bad. They don't c are because they don't live there. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIA PLACE!!!

Nice complex since new manager. Units are affordable and nice. Having a laundry room on the property is great. I also really like all of the security, they have a ton of cameras.

Only good place on the Eastside to live, and only of the only cheap places that is actually really nice. The maintenance guy takes care of everything same day. My unit has brand new floors and paint and rent is only $500.
