The Victor Luxury Apartments

I’ve been living at Victor Apartments for almost six months, and my experience has been very good overall. Maintenance is prompt and reliable, and the apartments and common areas are well maintained. I’d especially like to thank Jackie and Keijah. They are easy to work with and very helpful. I enjoy living here and would definitely recommend this apartment community.

This apartment is an absolute gem! The spacious layout, modern finishes, and natural light make it feel like a home, not just a rental. Being downtown is quiet yet conveniently located near everything I need. "Living here feels like a dream - the spacious layout, natural light pouring in through the large windows, and the perfectly updated kitchen make every day a joy. The building is impeccably maintained. My experience with Taylor (leasing office) since the first day on the property with her was incredibly friendly and responsive, professional and great customer service. After a few bumps in the road, and speaking with Michael (property manager) his courtesy, respect and professionalism handling matters lets me know I couldn't have chosen a better place to call home!!

I have been living at The Victor for about 9 months now and just signed a new lease, which says a lot about our experience. The amenities are great and well-maintained, and the staff has been friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. One of my favorite amenities is the golf simulator; it’s a really unique perk and something I genuinely use and enjoy. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.

The apartments themselves are nice, but the property manager does an underwhelming job keeping the building tied together. Other problems not pictured: - The lifting area routinely runs out of wipes (sometimes for days) and some of the equipment are already missing some small parts - Enough dog pee on the public rugs to fill the Atlantic - You can't just go get your packages; no dedicated package room and sometimes the concierge will be gone _________________ 11/22/2024 update of how many times I consecutively visited the leasing office (to get a critical package) and nobody was there: - Arrived 11/18 -11/18: 6:15pm -11/19: 8:35am (late for work), 6:30pm, 10:00pm 11/20: 8:00am, 6:00pm 11/21: 8:45am (late for work), 5:50pm (left work early) 11/22: 8:30am I guess you can only pick up packa
