The Vicinity Apartments

I lived at the Vicinity for a year and I cannot say enough great things about my experience!! I must have toured every apartment in a 10 mile radius but the location, vibe, and the details really sold me on this place! Thomas and Shalon were amazing during my time there, they were always friendly and responsive! And the resident events were always thought out and fun. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My husband and I have lived at The Vicinity for four months and we have had nothing but a positive experience. The staff is fantastic. Thomas, Shalon, custodial and maintenance. They are professional and friendly and quick to respond. One of the factors in our decision to make The Vicinity our home was Shalon. During the tour and information session it was apparent she was informed, organized and had a strong connection with residents. We definitely made the right choice to make The Vicinity home.

Wendy gave us the most fabulous tour ever. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming - even at 5pm on a Friday. Really liked the local artwork throughout the building.

The Vicinity Apartments — I really loved this place! The staff are amazing, and the management team is honest and professional. The cleanliness is 10/10, and the environment is very satisfying. I can honestly say it feels like a 5-star hotel!

I've been quite pleased with my experience at the Vicinity in the past six months that I've called it home. The staff has been incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout. The property is well maintained and I have enjoyed many of the amenities including the gas grills this summer! Most of all, it's the location that sold me on the Vicinity, and I continue to be sold. I just love being able to walk out my front door to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery stores, the river, Stone Arch Bridge, Mill City Farmers Market and the Guthrie. When I need to travel there is easy access to all of the major freeways and the light rail.
