I moved in as a temporary place while I searched for my long-term home. Wouldn’t you know it?! I’ve stayed 4 years; it is my home. The management team care about each resident individually. The maintenance staff are friendly and professional. The cleaning crew are incredibly thorough and sweet. To live in downtown and still feel like my building is a community is really special. I’ve made lifelong friends. If you’re into social events, book clubs, yoga nights, and dogs - this is the place for you! Welcome to the 222… your new home.

In short, this apartment community is amazing. Everyone—from Noah to the concierge, cleaning, and maintenance staffs—is incredibly kind, and I can really feel the strong teamwork. The property is always spotless. Honestly, it sometimes looks cleaner than my own apartment 😊. The shared amenities are more than sufficient, and our children spent almost every day in the courtyard except during winter. There are also thoughtful perks like a coffee machine, weekly pastry days, and resident parties about once a month. While the rent isn’t cheap, it truly feels like the value is given back to the residents. The location is excellent. I cannot recommend 222 Hennepin enough. Beyond the incredible location—with Whole Foods, Base Camp, and the best of the North Loop right at your doorstep—what truly sets this building apart is the management team (Noah, Dan, and Sarah) which is simply the best. They are incredibly accommodating and always willing to go above and beyond to help with whatever you need. The maintenance team is equally outstanding; they are quick, professional, and genuinely care about keeping the building in top shape. If you are looking for a place that offers both luxury amenities and a supportive community, this is it.

222 is the best place to live in North Loop! I toured a ton of apartments in this area but felt like nothing could beat the location (extra points for proximity to While Foods!), apartment space, price and useful amenities. The common spaces are great for hosting large gatherings (like a birthday party) or having people over casually. The community is wonderful as a result of the fantastic staff! Sarah helped me from my first tour and has been fantastic for the entire year I have lived here. She goes above and beyond to help me when I am out of town, answer questions, etc!

222 Apartment is the best. I stayed here for three years and everything was truly perfect. The service is outstanding, the location is unbeatable, and it really feels like home. A big thank you to Noah, Dan, and Sarah—I couldn’t be more grateful for your constant support, flexibility, and kindness. You always made things easier for me, and I know I wouldn’t find that level of care anywhere else. Also loved the events, especially movie nights, Yoga class, and the dog show. There’s so much fun! Miss the beautiful yard view, the convenient North Loop neighborhood, and the river view. If I could, I would happily keep living at 222. Choosing 222 is without a doubt the best decision you can make.
