The Vibe at 8035 Apartments

I enjoy living here. Just a few issues I wish they would focus on. It’s supposed to be a no smoking property but people smoke weed/cigarettes outside all the time. Sometimes neighbors smoke weed inside and I can smell it from my apartment. Laundry room is gross, the washers are probably never cleaned so I don’t like to use them. Hair and build up always in the rubber. I really wish they would invest in washer/dryers in the individual units for the price we’re paying! There is only one dumpster and it’s always overflowing. People throw trash into the recycling bin without care. There is a recycle only sign but it needs to be bigger. All of that recycling will just get thrown out and they won’t even sort it at the plant if it’s that bad. Please invest in another dumpster. The stairs are beco

The remodeled rooms on this property are amazing! They did such a nice job changing the units from something I wouldn’t prefer to now looking chic and clean. The Club Room looks so expensive and will be an amazing place to hold an event. The pet washing station and dog park is such an amazing plus that you won’t find in many other apartments. So impressed with this new community and the friendly staff!

I’ve lived here for 4 months now and absolutely love it. The manager Zach is amazing, he’s always ready to assist in what ever it might be. Maintenance is amazing as well. All my work orders have been completed with in 24-hours of submitting them. The apartments themselves are nice and cozy. I’ve yet to hear any of my neighbors. I would highly recommend this community.

Horrible. Never ever move here. Everything is broken, maintenance took a week for “emergency” and just walked in without notice. Didn’t fix the problem had to come again. Leasing office manager is never there and never answers. Neighbors party all week long.

I recently had the pleasure of living in this beautiful community and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I first visited the property to the day I moved out, the management and staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and happy in my home! I also appreciated the regular community events and social gatherings which made it easier to get to know my neighbors! Highly recommend!
