If you have the option to choose a home not under this sham of a management company then do so. They never answer their phones, run you straight to voicemail for simple questions and say you have to come to the HOA monthly meetings to get simple questions answered because they are too busy scamming you out of $3000 to pay for your neighbors roofs, after the records show they have the funding to pay for them with the reserves. But don’t increase the monthly dues in correspondence either, which shows their complete ineptitude. If you don’t have the funds and need to rely on your property owners pockets, when they already are relied upon then you aren’t doing your jobs correctly.

I serve on our HOA board, and we meet here once a month. Meeting room is nice and staff are friendly and accommodating.
