The Veridian Apartments & Townhomes

Living at the Veridian has been the most amazing thing for our family. The leasing office is extremely supportive, understanding, helpful, and kind. Alexis has helped us get our approval through multiple times, Shelby gave us frequent updates, and Anthony has helped maintain our townhome across all vast inquiries we have had. We love it here! One time we had a package that was misdelivered and maintenance actually found it and brought it to our door and made sure we received it properly! What a service that was!

Ive had such awful experiences with where I've lived and I couldn't tell you how amazing it is to live here. The staff is incredible and understanding and I've never had any negative experiences. The Cora and Alexis have been so easy to talk to and get information when its needed. The amenities are amazing and we definitely take advantage of having them. We love our neighbors and the maintenance workers. I never want to leave.

We have absolutely loved living here and truly can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the very beginning, it has felt welcoming, organized, and genuinely cared for. Cora and the entire management team are incredible. They go above and beyond to make residents feel valued, and what really stands out is the effort they make to know everyone by name. It’s such a small thing, but it makes a huge difference and creates a real sense of community. Maintenance has been just as impressive, quick to respond, professional, and always kind. Any request we’ve had has been handled promptly and efficiently, which gives so much peace of mind. The amenities are another highlight. Everything is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It truly feels like more than just a place

Out of all the places I’ve lived, Veridian is hands down the best. The sense of community here is unmatched, and I love having so many fun amenities available for my kids. The management team is incredibly kind and truly cares about each resident. Maintenance is always friendly, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure my home feels comfortable and cared for. I know it can be challenging at certain times of the year to secure the exact unit you want, but I promise—it’s absolutely worth the wait!

Me and my family moved into the Veridian townhomes about 2 years ago. We moved from out of state when the complex was being built. The pictures online and the conversation we had with the people in the front office inspired us to move up here and start a new life. We were originally working with Jessica in the front office. She and her team welcomed us into our new home and I have never been happier than I am at The Veridian. Cora is now the financial manager, and is always super helpful if we need anything. I highly encourage anyone looking for a family-oriented beautiful place to call home to come in and become my neighbor. See you by the pool.
