The Arlo

I have only been at the Arlo for a month but I have absolutely loved it here! Sherri and Mike are fantastic to work with if there are any issues which I rarely have an issue but if I do I’m never afraid to talk to them about it. Sherri keeps residents update on things that are going on. The amenities are great! There’s a game room, gym and pool! Definitely a great place to call home! My daughter hopes to make friends here like she had at our last apartment. I have now been here a year and the staff has changed a bit but still everyone is so fantastic! They have movie nights, holiday parties, pool parties and really get to know the residents! I still very much love it here! Two years now and still fantastic! I have had theeee best experience here at The Arlo Apartments. Everyone has been so caring, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. From the application process, to signing my lease & moving in, to having a couple maintenance issues....... All of the office ladies, Rachel, Kloee, and Tori, have been awesome from the beginning and have went out of their way to make sure everything was good for my move in and have been there to help me with anything else I have needed. And the maintenance guys, Dylan and his crew, have been so amazing! They have come in and fixed and taken care of any issues I have had and have done it super quick and have done a great job! I have only been in two different apartment complexes and the Arlo has continued to impress me from the quick response from maintenance too the the quick response from the office. We have had issues with people parking in are paid spots to mail theft and they got right on it and solved all our issues quick and professionally. The smell from the dog park is the only thing I don’t like about this place. And even that is only at certain times during the summer. I’m sure a lot of it is due to pet owners not picking up after there pets. Great staff very friendly lots of parties.

I absolutely recommend living at The Arlo!!The community is beautiful — new, modern, and so well-maintained. The office team, Rachel, Kloee, and Tori, are truly amazing. They’re always kind, understanding, and genuinely care about the residents. You can really tell they have everyone’s best interest at heart and will always go above and beyond to help or work with you when you need it. I’ve never had a better management team anywhere I’ve lived before! They also do such a great job creating a sense of community with monthly events and fun activities that make everyone feel welcome and included. It really feels like home here. The maintenance team deserves a huge shoutout too — they’re quick to respond, efficient, and always do the job right. They’re friendly, professional, and respectful

I’ve recently moved into The Arlo with my family after we experienced a hardship, and we absolutely love it! The property is always so beautiful and clean. I’m mostly impressed with the Management team. They truly care about people and are always happy to help. Management is constantly doing things with our community, like having food trucks on site. They also have fun games and activities they do for our kids regularly. Their Maintenance team gets request done so quickly. The location is quiet, and the environment is very chill. They’re pet friendly and have a couple of dog parks. I can’t say enough good things about this complex, I love it here!
