The Verge

The Verge gets a 5 out of 5 stars from me. I'd give it a 10 if I could. My wife and I are moving in within a few weeks and the staff at the Verge could not have been any more accommodating. Their leasing specialist Dasha and Hannah are very knowledgable and extremely helpful. We toured the property and it has everything you could ever want and more. They keep up the property and when we asked a few residents who lived there, both had been there since opening and said it was the best place they'd ever lived. I would recommend the Verge to anyone.

I've been living here for about 6 months with my fiancé and we love it here. We LOVE taking advantage of the movie theater room they have downstairs. It's so much fun. The workout room is certainly one of my favorites. It certainly does feel like you're living in a high class place and I absolutely love it. The rooftop is absolutely one of my favorite places. It's exactly as pictured. Mt. Rainier is STUNNING! A literal dream come true. In case if anyone is wondering what a standard 1 Bedroom looks like at this place, I took the liberty of taking pictures of my place. Honestly I don’t know why this place doesn’t have higher reviews. I lived in the area for over a year. I love the downtown Auburn area. It’s close to everything and the downtown area has soo many fun activities. I always saw the Verge on my drive to my old apartment. After taking a tour the place has sooo many amenities that I haven’t found anywhere else. Car wash, dog wash, rooftop, theater, vending machine *NEW*, plenty of meeting areas, courtyard, everything is app based, too many things to list! They really do offer a lot. The move in process was great! The staff has been very accommodating and welcoming, they even reserve you an elevator for your move in. I received a welcome gift on my first day. I've only been here a couple weeks and they already had fun activities for the residen

I love this place! As one of the first tenants of The Verge, we had lots of questions and their team (especially Gabby and Emma) helped us patiently. This is a new construction and the space is well made with modern design. Apartments have huge windows and ample light and ventilation. I love the amenities including outdoor spaces, spacious gym, theater (yes, a theater!) and much more. Even with all the amenities, their management is the best feature of this apartment. They are empathetic and always quick to help out. They even surprised me with a birthday card and gift (Thank you!). The only downside, which is minor for us is the train honks. We use white noise machine and that works like a charm. I totally recommend this place!

I lived in this complex for about 2 years. and relocated out of state for work late August 2024. This is my experience while living here. Initial move in: Completed the application and got approved in minutes. I did have to pay a holding deposit, but I got back when I moved out. They do have carts to use but buy your own cart/wagon and keep in your car as they get used a lot. Cleanliness: The property was very clean. Some pets would have accidents, but tenets would generally clean up after them. They did have cleaners at the complex daily from what I can remember. Amenities: They have a party room/game room that has a full kitchen and fireplace you can rent for the day, a patio, a gym, some study nooks, movie theater, dog and car wash station.
