The Upton

I’ve been living at The Upton for a couple of months and absolutely love it! The amenities, especially the gym and pool, are fantastic, and my apartment has a beautiful city view. I also really appreciate having a covered parking garage. This community is truly a hidden gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home.

I love this apartment but mostly because of JAZ. I have to give it to her. Shes the best lifestyle director I have ever in my life interacted with. The community she helped to cultivate in real time from the community events is amazing. Shes really a star. Every event has been intentional and full of love and genuine connection. You can plan an event all you want logistically but you can’t plan joy. You can’t plan a soft and kind spirit. That something you embody. That’s what Jaz embodies. I hope she’s our director forever. She’s what’s keeping me here. Seriously.

I recently moved into The Upton and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the application process was incredibly smooth and efficient. A huge thank you to John, Joia, and Kelly—each of them played a key role in making the transition seamless. They were VERY professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. On move-in day, everything was well-organized. I was given immediate access to all the amenities and features, and they took the time to walk me through the entire property and floor plan so I felt confident and comfortable in my new home. -Tour Review- I had a great touring experience with Ron! He is very nice and knowledgeable, and has a great relationship with the residents in the apartment. The apartment is very nice too, there are a lot of amenities and features that other apartments don’t have and are very innovative!! Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a new place to stay:)

This apartment community is advertised as a smoke-free facility, but management has not been able to uphold that standard. There is a persistent smoking smell in the apartment, and despite multiple complaints, nothing effective has been done to resolve the issue. Many residents have raised similar concerns, yet smokers continue to prevail over non-smokers due to poor management and a lack of strict enforcement of the smoke-free policy promised in the lease agreement. If you are someone who values a truly smoke-free living environment, think carefully—at least ten times—before signing a lease here.
