Paper-thin walls, speed bumps in every corner, elevators temporarily out of service for several weeks, you smell and hear everything from your neighbors. This rental community looks luxurious but is NOT a good place to live. Who puts the garbage right at the entrance of the building? It always smells like trash, and the cleaning crew throws bottles and bottles of Clorox everywhere. Management does not care about their tenants and only cares about collecting rent. The parking is an absolute mess. People are constantly fighting for handy cap spots cause they don’t assign enough parking for those who live here and pay their rent. The pool can only be used at certain times in the summer cause in winter since it is between two buildings on the east side, it never gets any sunlight. It’s a terri
