I have been a client of this office for years, and what happened this time is absolutely unacceptable. The level of poor communication, lack of clarity, and unprofessional behavior I experienced is something no long-term client should ever have to deal with. I provided all the correct documentation on the day my taxes were prepared. Despite that, the office failed to identify or inform me that an important form was missing, which later resulted in an IRS notice, additional expenses, and a change in my refund.
