Place is amazing, just wish jewel and the curly dude were more inviting. Not very friendly or the outgoing type, any question you ask them it’s like they want nothing to do with you. Would give more stars other than that honestly. Apartments are nice, and so are the people. Quincy the maintenance man is the goat 🦾

My husband, daughter, and I have lived at The Union for a little over a year. We were sold on The Union from our first meeting with Skylar. She is one of the kindest people you will meet. We have enjoyed living here. I would also say that Anthony and Quincy are incredible. They have fixed all are maintenance requests quickly and are two wonderful people. My only complaint would be some of the pet owners not picking up after their dogs.

When I first moved in I really enjoyed all of the services provided that I got to enjoy, the apartment was spacious. It’s not until a couple months in that I started having issues, and lots of them. Valet trash, which you can’t opt out of btw, always has trouble coming on time, so what am I paying $35 a month for when I can do it myself better. Had MANY noise complaints that I believed were being resolved, when they weren’t even communicated to the neighbor. I had sent one after another with video evidence of jumping and screaming all hours of the day. I finally had a conversation with said neighbor, and that is when I found out they never sent my noise complaint to them. Apartments are also very cheaply made. You can hear people walking and talking upstairs, there is no weather-stripping,

I've been here since day one when they first opened up. Skylar is a treasure here at The union Apartments, one who I and many of us here depend on in resolving our issues. Some issues is beyond her control but she tries her best to resolve them. We also have two maintenance gentleman just hired in the past few months, Anthony and Quincy thats made a big difference in getting things done around here. I've read others opinions about issues not being taken care of around here and its true, we lost some really good tenants because of it. I see things as of late thats improving but still has to get better and management has to do a better job of some tenants breaking the rules and approaching them about it. I will give it a four star and pray I'll be able to give it a five star next year.

The kids are going to tear this place up. They hang on the trees, hang on the light fixtures cars can’t go around the kids the kids waive the cars around them, i’m trying to find another place as soon as my lease is up. They need to learn to enforce their rules instead of just sending them out and not doing a damn thing about it and these are supposed to be security building, The kids keep the doors propped open all the time and the mail room building is always open, so why are they worried about that doors being propped open,
