My review is solely based on my experience of almost becoming a resident at this community. I recently moved into one of their sister properties (Commons of Chapel Creek) and my experience was beyond horrible. Due to this, I received consent from their management company, Westwood Residential, to proceed with a legal lease break and move out. I consulted The Tyler and during my interaction, I made one of the leasing consults aware that I may have to pay a conditional deposit based on current credit stipulations. I stressed that if this was the case, I wouldn't apply because I had already spent more than my monthly salary just to complete the first move. They mentioned I wouldn't have to pay such a fee. I visited The Tyler Apartments to tour on behalf of my client who’s relocating from out of state, and I had the pleasure of working with Bailey. From start to finish, she was an absolute standout. Bailey was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable — especially for someone assisting a client who’s brand-new to Texas. She made my client feel supported every step of the way, from touring to approval for his very first apartment. Any time she didn’t hear back from him directly, she promptly followed up with me as his locator to ensure nothing fell through the cracks. I have been in The Tyler Apartments since July 2023. The only reason why I am leaving this apartment in 2025 in July is because of a relocation of My job. These apartments are Very well kept clean. Management is amazing. Never have to wait. Any maintenance that I needed was done within 24 hours if I didn’t have to move I would definitely stay here. The pool is amazingly beautiful and clean. I love these Apartments everything about it if you’re looking for a place to stay in Frisco this should be your number one pick. also, the best sunset you’ll ever see

The office staff and service Technicians are professional and delivers great service. The Tyler apartments are very nice. It is very peaceful and the location is in walking distance near HEB. Thanks for your service!

This place is really nice! The amenities are awesome and apartments are spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Meadow greeted me with a smile and was extremely knowledgeable. Meadow is nothing short of a Rockstar! You must check out this place.
