We rented a condo in the Allure from 3/2020 - 4/2021, After reviewing and selecting our condo with a realtor we were referred to Brittney at Group22 LV. Brittney was in immediate contact with us & we met with her that same day. She was very knowledgeable of the property & assisted us in completion of all paperwork. After move-in she was very responsive in scheduling maintenance, etc. During the course of our lease Brittney remained very responsive to us via text & email. At the conclusion of our lease Brittney made the exit process smooth & easy. We would highly recommend Brittney!

I was inquiring on looking to buy a high-rise in Las Vegas. I did some research and I found the expert which was Brittany 22 group. I needed to find the expert of high-rise living and I found it with Brittany. One thing Brittany definitely knows is everything about every building that is a high-rise in Las Vegas. She lets you know all the pros and cons of every building. I truly believe she has the clients best interest at hand. I Will be referring all my friends and family to her.

Would recommend not to deal with this company or Brittany Morse owner. Unresponsive from the beginning, lost rent payments, no communication, stole partial deposit for misc. cleaning fee's. If I could I would give zero stars.

Contacted Brittany regarding a property listed on the website and I never received a response back,, instead the property was removed from the site right after I contacted her, not very professional a simple reply stating the "property was no longer available" would have been nice. Also no information on the website regarding rental requirements and how to apply. A little to unprofessional for me.

Cannot be more pleased with Britney, handles everything in amazing fashion. More properties will be handled solely by her. It’s great to be taken care of the right way.
