The management team is incredibly responsive and professional — maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. I really love living at The Tuscany! The apartments are spacious and modern, with nice finishes and lots of natural light. The building is quiet and well-kept, and the fitness center and parking garage are super convenient. The management team is awesome — they’re quick to respond and always helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Plus, the location is great: close to highways, shopping, and just a short drive to D.C. Overall, a great spot if you want a comfortable and hassle-free place to call home in Alexandria!

I moved in to The Tuscany a few years ago after downsizing from a large townhouse. It was right at the time Cove was taking over property management. I have seen countless number of improvements made since that time, ALL with the objective of making this a great community to live and be a part of. New signage, repainting of all of the hallways, new carpet throughout the hallways and common areas, new patio furniture in the courtyard to accompany two large gas grills for community use, where required full HVAC system replacements, and a new keyless entry system into your home as well as other ‘smart’ home capabilities. I’m sure I’ve missed some, but the message is Management OWNS and takes full ACCOUNTABILITY to always looking for ways to make this the best apartment community in the West

I have lived in the Tuscany Apartments for over a year and have had a really positive experience here. The management team has always been very kind and professional any time I have had an issue living here, which have been very few and far between. This apartment has been me and my dog's own quiet and peaceful space in a very loud and busy city, and it's definitely been a place I truly enjoy calling home. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live in.

I've been living at the Tuscany since March 2021. The community is great, the staff is always friendly. Tuscany location is great, shopping center with a walking distance. I love Tuscany because it is a control access, the common areas are always clean and well maintain. The property manager Carrie Shoemaker, is very professional and her customer service is awesome. The community is pet friendly. I recommend Tuscany Apartments in Alexandria as your next home. I am a very happy resident.
