The Turn

Rent anywhere else in Augusta. My wife and I have lived here a year and a half now, and during that time, we have experienced months of our gate being broken, months of a broken parcel room, constant screaming and loud music outside of our apartment late at night (feels unsafe), poor management communication, and amenities like the pool being closed for months during the Summer. In addition, the apartment has gone completely AI with communication, and it is very difficult to get in touch with management. We have looked the other way on these issues, but last week was the final straw for us. I woke up for work to find our apartment flooded. Spare yourself and rent somewhere else! I promise you that nothing about this place is worth the absolute misery you will experience living here. I lived at the Turn for a year and a half, and after Arcan took over, the office has been absolutely abysmal. There is zero personal accountability from the office as they pass off all issues with the complex on the previous owners, even months after they took over. There were broken parcel lockers for months, which the office did not advise the complex of. I had a package stuck in the lockers for months because I didn’t know they were broken and just thought my package got lost in the mail. When I asked the office about it, they just told me they “thought everyone knew” and still continued to provide no communication to the community even after

Wanted to give it more time before I wrote a review because my first experience with Arcan taking over as owners of The Turn was not great at first. We had to go through several property managers and maintenance before it got to where it’s at now. Two people I want to give a big thanks to are Pedro and Alex. They came into the property when it was a mess, and they turned things around for the best. I hope they are compensated heavily from the hard work they’ve put in. I also hope things keep going in a good direction.

Very attentive to detail! They make sure their presence is a convenience rather than a job. It feels as if the staff both in the office and on site are looking for ways to make your time at The Turn is worthwhile. They are always looking for ways to improve while also striving for ways to create a sense of uniqueness that creates a memorable encounter that makes you want to stay here longer.

The Maintenance at The Turn is exceptional. The personnel and the people who are attentive to your apartment go beyond the call of duty. They are dependable, courteous, and Will not leave until a job is complete.
