The Truette Apartments and Townhomes

My tour with Samantha was excellent, She showed me two town houses and one apartment and was very informative. The spaces are well done and very clean and bright. Beautiful location, great amenities to come. It will be a great community to be a part of.

I visited the Truette today for a tour and met with Olivia from the leasing office. I had an amazing experience touring the property with her. Not only was Olivia and the staff very friendly and welcoming, but Olivia went out of her way to make sure all of my questions were answered. She really made me feel at home. It was raining out, but that didn't bother her. We walked all around and looked at a handful of units and other very impressive common areas. I didn't feel like a bother and definitely didn't feel rushed. Not only is the property amazing, but so is the staff. If anyone's looking for a place to rent that has awesome amenities, look no further! Thank you so much Olivia (and staff) for taking the time to help me today. I'll definitely be seeing you soon!

What a horrible experience working with Olivia at The Truette. She is so slow in getting back to you and she mixes up the apartments. She had no idea how to connect on the zoom call today. She really is a disaster. It is sad, considering there are so many apartments to be rented. I now have a very bad feeling about this company and those two buildings. They are charging exorbitant prices to look at a very sad town in New Hampshire. The view is a huge mill which looks like a prison. You would think it was a view of the Atlantic Ocean! The building is wood construction so you are going to hear everybody, everywhere. I am so glad I dodged a bullet.

I went on 2 tours at the Truette Apartments. Samantha and Olivia were so awesome! They took me to see all the apartment types I asked to see, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. The new complex is so beautiful and would be a great place to live.

It was fun to put on a hard hat and see The Truette apartments under construction. Olivia the agent was very friendly and knowledgeable and the online tour scheduling system was easy to use.
