Living here has been such a great experience! The property is always clean and well kept, and the atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. The office staff is amazing , very professional and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate. The location is convenient to everything I need, and I feel comfortable and at home here. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a nice place to live!

When we first moved in a few years ago to a 1 bed / 1 bath apartment, we honestly didn’t have many issues. Things changed drastically when we transferred to a larger unit so my mom could move in with us. From that point on, it has been one problem after another. We had ongoing AC issues during peak 100-degree heat. Multiple work orders were submitted, yet they were repeatedly closed out without anyone actually addressing the problem. After more than a month of back and forth, they finally determined the rooftop unit needed to be replaced — something that could have been identified much sooner. Shortly after that, we experienced a leak from the upstairs unit that turned into a mold issue. It became serious enough that we had to move again. Long overdue review. I told Ms. Reagan I would write this, and here it is. My experience at The Travis was great overall. I never really had any major issues, and whenever something did come up, management was quick to respond and take care of it. The entire team was genuinely helpful and made the whole process easy from start to finish. They’ve also really stepped up security, adding gates and improving the overall situation, which definitely shows they care about the community. I especially want to give a shout-out to Reagan in the front office. She was awesome, always professional, communicative, and available when I had questions or needed help. I admire the manager Dylans flexibility and the autonomy to solve any problems that comes his way. Everytime I see him or have a problem he is always professional, communicative, understanding and gets things done in a timely manner! I also want to give a BIG shout out to Justin in maintenance! I can't even begin to put his abilities, willingness etc into words he is always doing his best in every possible way. He goes beyond the extra mile and he should be head of maintenance!!! I want to share an honest experience for anyone considering this apartment complex. The leasing office and staff have been generally helpful and pleasant to deal with, which I appreciate. However, the living experience itself has been challenging due to the upstairs neighbors being extremely disruptive, especially late at night. There is frequent noise in the middle of the night, including loud movement and disturbances that make it hard to sleep. I care for an elderly mother that has memory issue nor do they care just because we ask them to not make lot of noise at night and they decided it to do it more. Cleanliness is also issue in the building, and common areas and behavior from other residents do not always reflect a respectful or considerate community environment. Also, folks driv
