Awful villa was given to us on 1726 Morning Star Drive, in Glenbrook. Blockages in the toilets. Dirty towels with stains. Owner isn’t helpful either. They still haven’t refunded me part of my deposit. AirBnb is a much better option. I paid 1600 USD in total including pool heat for 11 nights which is same as AirBnb. Stingy owner and does not look after the villa. Definitely will not stay there again.

veryy old poorly maintained house - better options on AIRBNB - sheets and towels were stained Blinds are broken, owner was rude when we asked for help told us not to contact him Bathroom was a mess and toilets were dirty and clogged and then he blamed us and charged us for plumbing cost! Horrible! Better use airbnb where they would taken real concern and legal action.

Very poor experience with this Company and a Holiday Villa they look after, exceptionally poor customer service. The two stars are for the very nice lady who came out to help us.
