The Trails at Bethabara Apartments

Chris and Maria in the office were just awesome! They were kind, personable, and professional. They ended up helping us through most of the application process as we needed. If there were questions they were there. We appreciated that this property was gated at night. The apartment was clean and spacious . The balcony view is great as it backs up to the trees. We looked at many rental properties and this was our comparison. We still went back to this property for several reasons.

I called from out of town and Maria was such a big help! She gave me all the information I needed, answered every one of my questions clearly, and was very thorough and organized in her responses. My mother and brother were looking for an apartment and had been rejected by another complex. My husband and I found this place and brought them here to the Trails at Bethabara. When we visited, we were greeted by the amazing staff in the front office. Both Chris and Maria were amazing. They were patient with my mom and brother as they navigated through the application process, Maria especially. She sat and worked with them to ensure they received everything, from the waived administration fee with my brother being a public servant, to waiting patiently as we verified my mom’s information. Management is very RUDE. Beautiful apartments was excited to rent there, staff in the office is condescending and not helpful at all. Especially CHRIS.

I lived here for about a year and had a great experience. The maintenance guys are very nice and always fixed any problems I have within a day of reporting it. Maria in the office was always super responsive to my calls and emails which is great. The complex is clean and well maintained, loved living right by the forest. The only problem I really had with this apartment complex was the amount of car break ins. Luckily, my car never actually got broken into, but It got so bad at one point we were having several cars broken into about once a month. The office installed new cameras which I think has deterred theives some, but they still do break into car every once in a while.
