The Townhomes at Biltmore

I just relocated from out of state, and am so happy I found the Townhomes at Biltmore! Asia was so kind and helpful with the whole process of my move, and everything went very smoothly! I love my new apartment, the residents I’ve met have been so nice, and the community is well kept and beautiful, thanks to Asia and Ismael. Any request is handled quickly and professionally. It’s been such a great experience! Thank you for making this community such a fabulous place to live, Asia and Ismael!

Asia was so wonderful today. We stopped by for a tour and I don't think I've ever had a better experience. She was friendly, informative, thorough but still personable and truly down to earth. The property sells itself so it speaks volumes that she's still so dedicated to anyone who walks in the door. Thank you for your time today and thank you to Mael who was working hard on renovating a unit while we were there. ✨

I absolutely love the Townhomes at Biltmore! The community is quiet, spotless, and so well-maintained. Everything is in excellent condition, and it truly feels like home. A huge thank-you to Asia, who made the entire leasing and move-in process stress Free! She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and understanding every step of the way. Highly recommend!

I am a current resident here. I tried to talk to Asia, the person on site for property management. After dealing with a laundry list of things falling apart in the apartment (they’re pretty outdated and haven’t been renovated well) my dryer had shot sparks out the back. I called property management, frustrated with the situation as I had a load of wet laundry I was trying to dry. She was rude, unhelpful and uncaring. I told her I thought she was being rude and she said “well we can just have this conversation later then”. I decided we would indeed have that conversation and I went to the management office in person. I told her she owed me an apology for being rude. She refused to offer an apology and began arguing and raising her voice. I felt no need to stay and left. I’ve only lived here

The staff at Townhomes are great. I had a package arriving and couldn’t sign for it so the manager Asia was able to ensure it was safe and sound for me. She went above and beyond for me and I appreciate that. Living here has been great.
