Falsely advertised as a luxury high end complex. The complex is poorly maintained and poorly cleaned. The management company has gone from bad to worse. New management company has not returned multiple calls and emails. Beware of many hidden fees! You pay extra fees for the management company to outsource all of their billing and collection processes, I.e. you’re paying an extra fee to pay your rent, an extra fee to pay your utilities, etc. None of which is disclosed at time of leasing.

I lived in these aprtments when they opened and the condition, maintenance and care has gone all the way down hill. Dog poop in the hallways left for days, people sleep in the common areas, resident leave their trash in the halls for days, even days when there is no trash pick up, the carpet in the halls are filthy, the trash chutes are ABSOLUTELY disgusting and the elevators are nasty as well. Management changed and the condition of these apartments ARE AWFUL. If management really cared they would do periodc inspections or install cameras so they can pin point some of the residents that cause problems. Please do not beleive the hype you will be very dissapointed and dont be fooled by the nice builds (restaurants, library, etc...)that are taking place around Tomlin. If they want this a

I was one of the very first residents when these apartments opened. At the beginning, everything was nice and, of course, there weren’t any complaints. However, as time went on, I noticed several issues that really affected the living experience. The hallways often smelled of urine, weed, and mildew, and at times trash would be left in the halls, which was very embarrassing for a place marketed as “luxury.” It sometimes felt more like a college dorm than a high-end apartment. On multiple occasions, residents allowed their dogs to use the hallways as bathrooms without cleaning up after them. There were also times when kids and even adults were caught playing ding ding ditch on my door ALOT, or children were seen smoking in the stairwells, leaving Rello guts on the floor and window ledges.

Weed smell wafting throughout the hallways and from the balconies. This is the place for you if you enjoy the smell of weed and smoking weed. There is absolutely no enforcement so it’s become the norm. It’s disappointing the this beautiful new area has shaped up to walking through a wall of skunks.
