Every since ACLP Management has been representing my home I have had no issues.. I personally wanna Thank Ms Lynn Scott who is the office manager for the open communication she is very straightforward and never leaves you without answers… I also want to give a shoutout to the maintenance team Leila who is the Maintenance manager is very prompt when it comes down to getting Maintenance issues resolved… I have had the best experience with this company and In my personal opinion other property management groups and organizations could definitely learn from this team… ACPL definitely sets the standard on how you should handle business and resolves tenants needs. I must say, I’ve been renting with All county for almost three years now and every experience with them has been great. I remember Leia and Joel came to do a walkthrough and whenever the heat would chip on the boiler would make this loud sound that wasn’t pleasant , when Leia heard it, she asked what it was and I explained to her what was going on, but I did not get to put in a service request. She immediately told me not to worry and that she would gladly take care of it for me, she got someone out there to look at it to take care of it the following day. This made me feel so good that they actually cared, sometimes dealing with leasing agencies can become so transactional and not transformational, but this particular experience made me know that they actually do care about their tenants
