The Timbers at Everlands

The sales people don’t care to help as they act like you don’t even exist. I was not even given a hello when entering the office. The build quality is terrible if you know about Lennar in this state they cut corners and don’t stand behind their warranty. I looked at a previous community they built in viera and the residents I spoke with said they had major issues with build quality and even the clubhouse had a major leak. I see they have been dropping their prices just to be able to move houses. I advise everybody to do their due diligence.

The Timbers is beautifully landscaped and it has lots to offer, golfing, bocce ball, fishing ramp, walking/hiking trails and an amenity center soon to open. The neighbors are friendly too.

Sales must be good. Ignored by two sales people. Not even a hello. We came into the sales center, saw nobody, after 10 minutes we spent about an hour looking at the new builds and homes under construction (including the house we were interested in buying which was well north of $500k) Came back to the sales center, and were ignored by both sales people. Not even a "be right with you or hello" Pass.

This place has absolutely lovely homes! So much so, My Wife & I purchased the Sophia model!! And assisted by our realtor , Brittney Adamson made this a wonderful purchase!! Two very happy customers!!

Beautiful community. We are so pleased with the construction and care the excellent staff that has assisted us through the process. From our first encounter with Bonnie Robertson to the construction manager Lorne Baker . The beautiful landscaping has created a gem in Palm Bay barring none.
