Palm Breeze Apartments

I recently moved into my new 2-bedroom apartment and I absolutely love it! The layout is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The added den is such a huge plus — it gives me the perfect extra space for a home office and relaxation area. Everything feels fresh, comfortable, and truly like home. I also want to highlight how warm and welcoming the leasing staff has been throughout this process. Kiwanda , Melody Joy, and Amanda made my transition incredibly smooth from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely kind, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. I’m so happy with my decision to move here and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for not just a beautiful apartment, but also a supportive and attentive team!

I’ve had positive experiences at this complex in the past, but my recent interaction with the new property manager was disappointing. My daughter and her father went into the cabinet area to grab snacks, something the previous staff member had clearly told us we were welcome to do anytime. Instead of calmly clarifying any updated policy, the new manager immediately questioned what they were doing, asked if they were residents, and addressed them in a tone that felt unnecessary and disrespectful — especially in front of my child. If policies have changed, that’s completely understandable. But how you speak to people matters. A simple, professional explanation would have handled the situation just fine. I hate leaving reviews but had to after my tour! Palm Breeze Apartments are super cute!! The property is well maintained, the team is friendly, and sweet. 🩷
