I stopped by the Simpkins Home Builders Showcase home recently and was really impressed. The house was spacious, and well-designed, you can tell they really care about quality. The greeter on site was super friendly and helpful too, honest answers and had a great attitude. If you’re thinking about building or buying, definitely check them out. It was a great experience and definitely worth the visit!

Gwen and Brian were amazing to work with! The quality is exceptional for the price of our dream home! No detail was too small with them and they made us feel as though we were their only clients. The finished our build right on schedule and even helped us get in our home sooner when we ran into issues with our temporary housing between selling and closing on the new build. I'm not about to ruin someone's 5 Star rating but, I have to tell you that their subcontractors are extremely rude. They have broken my Internet cable 7 times since June. I've lost several thousand dollars because of this. Also, they refuse to move their equipment to allow any repairs to the underground cables to be fixed. In My experience you are only as good as the people you hire. Take what you want from this review. But, I personally would not use them. The proof is in the pudding. God bless everyone.
