I tour the community and the property manager Edith was very professional. She offered me water before our tour apartment was very nice I am looking ahead of time before my lease is up in August. I definitely will come back I loved the unitshas very thing I need Thank you Edith

My move-in experience at The Timbers was unacceptable and shows a pattern of serious mismanagement. I moved in on October 15, only to be told an hour before arrival that my assigned unit’s carpet needed replacement, forcing me into another unit last-minute. The new unit was not properly cleaned, and I immediately had to submit multiple maintenance requests just to make it livable. On October 23, overnight after work, I was locked out of my apartment from 4:30 AM to 10:30 AM. I get off one job at 4:30 AM and was scheduled to be at my next work-from-home job at 8 AM, but management’s failure to address the lockout left me unable to meet my obligations. The emergency maintenance line did not register my call, and management offered no compensation or follow-up. I did not receive my mailbox

My daughter and son-in-law just moved into the apartments and I have to say that I am very very concerned about their safety. I was there on a Wednesday and about an hour after I got there my car was towed even though I was parked in the visitors parking. It cost me over two hundred dollars just to get my car out of the pound and to add insult to injury my daughter’s car got broken into the next day. When they moved in the stover was not cleaned the refrigerator was not clean either. The kids payed their rent for the month before they moved in but the apartment was not ready. It’s funny how apartments want you pay rent on time but they don’t tend to the maintenance problems with in a timely manner. The gate stays open since she has been there. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in!!! I pay over $1,200 dollars a month for garbage!!! My A/C has been leaking for about 2 months now, maintenance has came out and fixed the leak once already, however it started leaking again a week after repairs, this is creating mildew in my carpets that can eventually lead to toxic mold!!! My front door has also been having issues with opening and closing because the trim/header of the doorframe is either warping or not correctly installed so I have to throw myself into the door to get it open. Maintenance has can and fixed this and once again the problem was not resolved. The locks on my front door always seem to get jammed and never lock for me. Been in this apartment for about .three months i have reported every problem to the apartment s management over and over yet have nobody and fix the problems since the very 1 day paint been off tub been dirty the bar plank fall on my little girl head and she been having headaches over and over we pay 2200 a month for A 2bedroom everything thing is wrong
