I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this condominium. All the employees are genuinely kind and always willing to help. The maintenance crew—especially Claudio, Luis, and Anna—go above and beyond their duties, handling every request with efficiency and a friendly attitude. Angela, the property manager, has been exceptional as well. Her constant willingness to assist has made everything run smoothly and created a truly welcoming environment. Anthony at front desk is always happy to help. Couldn’t ask for a better community, highly recommended

I just wanted to take a moment to share how great my experience has been living here. My property manager has been nothing but helpful, patient, and truly on top of everything. Any time I have a question or need something, she handles it quickly and with such a positive attitude. It honestly makes a huge difference knowing the person managing the property actually cares. The community itself has also been a really good place to live — clean, quiet, and well-maintained. I really appreciate how organized everything is and how the staff communicates clearly whenever something is going on. Overall, I’ve had a very smooth and pleasant experience here, and I just wanted to give credit where it’s due. Thank you for making this a place I’m comfortable calling home.

I would like to take the moment once again to appreciate my property manager, Angela. Not sure if my first review was seen. But these past few months, there was a lot happening at the apartment complex. And Angela made it smooth sailing ever since. With all the unforeseen circumstances. She has held the fort down till now. And I have worked with many Property Managers but Angela is one of the best ones yet. And her professionalism is unmatched. She has really helped in understanding how to maneuver every difficult situation with so much grace and love!! She is a great blessing along with the entire staff!!

I absolutely love living here! It's so peaceful and quiet and Angela and the entire staff are wonderful. We've gotten to know them all individually and they are so kind. They have been especially welcoming to our puppy and they all greet him with eagerness every time they see him. It is wonderful to live in a place where we feel welcome and a part of the community.
