The Tides

I enjoy to much living here, very quiet place!!! Recently had a very quick support with an issue on my bathroom! I'm sure that was for the new administration...! Sharma it's doing really great 🎉 Cons: the rent increases significantly every year which it's makes us consider continuing here for another year now!

Sharma in the front office does a wonderful job. Professional, courteous, friendly, helpful, he provided a tour of the apartment complex, showed me the available apartment of interest, and assisted with the application process. He was always patient and kind. Sharma makes a great and positive impression, and he is an asset and credit to The Tides.

Shalom, I would like to say that this is a very peaceful place. And so far I've only been here 2 months and staff is great. Especially Sharma, I appreciate that the Lord has. Let me rest my head in such a place. I'm a true follower of the Lord Jesus Christ, not of the crowd. Amen,

I’ve had such a positive experience living here! The leasing office staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. The move-in process was smooth, and maintenance requests have been handled promptly. Definitely one of the best communities I’ve lived in.

Heater Not Working - Update As of yesterday, December 3rd, I'm happy to report that my apartment heater is now working. It seem to require some type of extensive maintenances of the ceiling unit that included shutting of the water and draining water. All-In-all the senior maintenance guy worked for about an 1hr and 15 min on the system, including testing and finally I have heat in my apartment once more. ------------------------ My apartment heater doesn't work and there was no resolution discussed with me. I ask what will be done, and the response I received from the senior maintenance person is that "he has to think about it". At this time of the year temps are hitting on the average of 45 degrees which makes my apartment a cool 60 degrees it is very cold and to go without a working
