I've never sold a home before and I lived in a neighborhood that is known for selling in less than a month. Unfortunately I didn't hire Jamie first! After 2 months with a realtor that did nothing, I fired him and found The Thompson Group! Jamie went to my house within 24 hours and had a few issues fixed within 3 days. My home was posted on January 1 and sold in 13 days! Jaime always updated me with progress and answered any questions I had immediately. Amazing work!

Jamie helped my son buy a house. He was the best real estate agent for my 24-year-old son and his wife who were first-time home buyers. He had the perfect blend of knowledge, experience, and patience. One of my son's concerns was the interest rate, and Jamie was able to work get concessions from the seller to buy down the interest rate so that the interest rate was lower and they had a lower mortgage payment! That helped my son get off the fence and buy a home!

This past April, my mother and grandmother decided to sell their home and downsize into an assisted living community. We hired Jamie and his team to help us manage the sale. I want to personally thank Jamie, and all of his folks, for holding our hands from start to finish. The fact that the home went under contract after only 8 days on the market, and given the current market trends working against us, is a testament to the care and professionalism Jamie and his team possess.
