I have lived here for now 3 years. I have had such a great living experience here. The staff while it has changed a bit in the last 3 years, the one consistent is that they are always willing to help and listen. Jose, the assistant property manager, is always listening to the tenants and trying to find ways to better the living in the site. Mike, Property Manager, he always asks what’s going on and is working for the people who live in the site as well, Chassidy, is always up beat and fun to talk to, whether you are asking questions, inquiring about posts made about upcoming events, or just stopping by to say hello. I have leased at Tennyson at Tomball Apartments for over three years, and it has truly been a great experience. The management team consistently shows what it means to go above and beyond for their residents. Assistant Manager Jose does an excellent job and demonstrates strong leadership and professionalism. The office staff and maintenance team also do an amazing job working together to make sure residents’ needs are handled quickly and respectfully. It’s refreshing to live in a community where the staff genuinely cares about the people who live here. Chascidee in the leasing office is super nice and welcoming. She gave us a full tour, answered all our questions, and honestly sold us on the property. We were fully planning to start the application process, but life happened and we’re moving out of state instead. If we were staying in Texas, this would’ve been our place for sure.

My whole process of moving in was great. Jose did a great job. Always positive follow through. The maintenance staff was great and always were timely. Apartment was clean and well maintained. No issues. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Couldn’t get out of there fast enough! Dog poop literally everywhere! People owning dogs they cannot control. Sketchy people always sneaking in the gates. Neighbors I’ve never met nor talked to wanting to fight. Dumpster always overflowed and disgusting. Very cheaply made for being “luxury.” Put in several request for the ac and the problem never got fixed. And the power always going out over the tiniest wind! We also got a few warnings about putting our trash out too early but our neighbors constantly had their trash out all day with several trash bags just sitting there! Just turn and run and never look back!
