This is the easiest 5-star review ever. Taylor, and especially Gabrielle Valella, are rock stars. They know their stuff and in the many months and dozens of houses we saw, I never heard them say no to anything. No request was too big or too small. They guided us on both the selling and buying side of things. When our situation was getting dicey because of time constraints, they were calm, cool and collected and really moved mountains to get us into our new home. We've worked with a few realtors before (and some of them were perfectly competent) but they really make them look like amateurs.
