The Tarnhill

We moved into Tarnhill 3 months ago and have been so pleased with our time here. When we have a concern, we are met with ears that hear and action is taken if need be. Management has been wonderful. We have met some really nice people in our building and when out in the community areas. Everyone seems very happy with where they live. Whenever we have visitors they can’t believe how much space we have in our 3 bedroom/2 bath. We are right where we are supposed to be in this time.

I moved in a month ago in february.2026. Within two weeks I attended a community gathering For a valentine's bouquet, making event that the apartment sponsored. There were a lot of beautiful flowers, vases, ribbons and greens to construct beautiful valentine's day bouquets. And it was all on the house!

It’s been almost a year of me living at Tarnhill and I absolutely love it here in the rental office building. It’s always clean, love the amemories and management is super nice. Shoutout to Bobbi for always answering my questions and addressing my concerns.

Wife & I lived there, we enjoyed our time there overall. Nice community, solid friendly people, dog friendly... Our main gripe was just that we didn't get any of our deposit back because of it being "very dirty". Not only did they keep our entire deposit, but charged 100$ for cleaning. I can be honest and say it wasn't CLEAN as it was lived in. But we truly felt it wasn't bad. We did our best with the time we had to move things back and forth from here to St Cloud. We left previous places a little worse than we did here and got our entire deposit back. Overall, I recommend this place, Tara & Stephanie is very nice but make sure you do extra cleaning before you move out to make sure it is spotless if you want your deposit back.

There’s no place like home. I’ve lived here for four years. The staff is great! The amenities are awesome! Maintenance is on the spot! Haven’t called for much but when I do, they are here in a hurry! Highly recommended!
