The Gables Apartments

I like it here! It's "mostly" quiet and I have so many convenient places in the area. I walk to work, the grocery store, bank, Starbucks, etc. Management has been attentive. I love the space (1br+den). The rent has gone up, which was expected, but $100.00 is a bit much of an increase, and the lobby smells bad. Those would be my only cons of this place. Otherwise, it's fine.

The management company has sent us many of these “please rate us” over the last year plus. We always give our honest opinions. The one and only issue that comes up each time we answer these requests we bring up the underground garage where the overhead pipes continue to pour water from the joints and sides. As if this rating, nothing has ever been akmowledged nor have any of the leaks been repaired.

Jessica has always been a responsible manager that takes care of us here at The Gables….

Lived here for the better part of four years. Loved my apartment unit and loved working with the leasing officer and building manager, Jessica. Convenient location with many shops and restaurants within a 3-5 mile radius. Also accessible with public transportation. Highly recommended apartment if you’re looking to stay in the Bloomington area.

I lived at The Gables for almost 4 years. The building management is kind and skilled. The building is well-maintained and quiet. The few times we did have a maintenance issue, someone was there to fix it within 24 hours. I would recommend this building to anyone looking for a place to rent in Bloomington.
