The Sycamore At Scottsdale Apartments

I’ve been living at this apartment complex for almost a year, and it has been an excellent experience. The management and team is top-notch, always friendly and responsive. The complex is clean and well-maintained, with a beautifully green and inviting environment, and the most important it hidden from Thomas road and you will never find any strangers inside comunity. The apartments themselves are spacious with great layouts, and the amenities are fantastic. The swimming pools are always clean, the jacuzzi is amazing, and the gym is well-equipped. Plus, there are regular events for residents that really build a sense of community. Highly recommended!

Management here is and has been terrible for years (especially since their Assistant Manager Jessica left); it's the biggest problem. I lived here for 4 years and while I loved my apartment, management does everything possible to be a huge pain or lie to your face with a smile. If you decide to move in here, don't expect to get your deposit back no matter what and expect to be charged for things that were in the same shape as when you got them (document and take pictures of every minor little thing upon move-in because if you don't, they use it as a way to get you to pay for it). Maintenance also does the bare minimum to resolve tickets so you'll need to submit tickets over and over before they finally properly fix/replace something or you just give up entirely. Toured with Malik and he was nothing short of amazing. He had so much knowledge about his property! The floor plans they have here are very spacious and homey!! 10/10 would recommend

I was excited to tour this complex, so I scheduled in advanced to check it out. I got a call the day of saying they have to cancel since there is an overbooking, and I drew the short end of the straw. Are you interested in finding new tenants? Strange way to treat leads coming from your site. My first impressions are more than likely my last, they did not seem interested in remedying the situation. I was told I can re-schedule myself. I'll be happy to, just for another complex.

Well, if you’re thinking about moving into this place. Please read this before you put your money down. I stayed here since July 2024 until July 2025. We got the offer for staying here free for the first month, and we thought it would be a great place to stay in so we took the offer. The longer we live here, the more we realize that why they offer free rent in the first place. The apartment may looks nice when you have your tour. However, this place is super old. Things will start to break after less than 3 months since you move in. At first, our fridge was broken, the water kept dripping and the door could not fully close. Then AC broke 2 weeks later. Luckily it was in the winter so it was not really hot during night. However last night at 1am, in an extreme summer weather with 100 degree
