If I could give negative stars I would. This has been the worst people I have rented from by a mile. We moved into a clearly not move-in ready apartment that was not cleaned and had horrible carpet. We fought with the front office for months to fix the nails sticking out of the carpet and it was only fixed when we personally called the carpet repair man. After moving out they charged a massive fee to replace the carpet. We provided pictures and documentation to show that the carpet was not in excellent condition when we moved in like they claimed and showed that we did not damage it at all. They did not care and then proceeded to email asking to our experience with the "recent" maintenance request about the carpet which we put in exactly 15 months ago. Do not rent from RE/MAX Rental Resources. When we moved into 3607 Greeley Drive on August 1, 2024, the property was absolutely unacceptable. It had not been painted, repaired, or cleaned. There was animal urine and feces throughout the home, trash left both inside and outside the house, and even a trash can left behind by previous tenants that was full of feces — which we were forced to remove ourselves because RE/MAX refused. The house also reeked of smoke, animal feces, and animal urine nearly our entire tenancy. It took us days of cleaning and work (that we mostly had to do ourselves) before the unit was even livable, and three weeks for RE/MAX to send maintenance. We just moved into a rental property from this company and have had a black mold problem in our kitchen cabinets since day one. A technician has come out 3 times to spray. It has GROWN back every single time within 24 hours. This is extremely dangerous and disappointing. My fiancé and I were so excited to move into our first home together and this has been a nightmare. It smells of mildew and the cabinets are literally disintegrating. The A/C has also been broken for 5 days now. Nobody has come out to fix it. We will be taking legal action. Do NOT rent from Susan Hoark / Remax.

Don't expect to leave this place with your deposit. They will charge you for damages that don't exist. I received a $750 bill to "repaint". I left the property spotless and didn't hang anything on the walls. I was also charged for things they never fixed before I moved in. Luckily I took pictures as proof. *UPDATED Here are photos I took on September 30, 2019 the day I moved out. The painting fee was taken out of my deposit as other reviewers have said. As expected, an incredibly unprofessional response from this property, denying I even rented there. There is a reason why you have countless 1 star ratings.

UPDATE: Previously I have posted my frustration concerning an issue with my security deposit and a critical maintenance issue that was left unresolved after moving out. After emailing with the property manager, I feel that I have to be fair in the end with this company due to the needed clarification I received from them about the things that took place. Yes, I do agree that everyone must do their research about any rental company because BOTH sides are not always told in reviews that are left online. One thing I failed to do was to document everything that was out of place during move in which unfortunately cost my entire security deposit. (That is something to keep in mind because it is possible that things about the unit can be charged toward you if you do not say anything in the beginn
