I love the staff! They helped make it extremely easy to apply and get accepted. they're very understanding, communicate about all the prices, very helpful, and look out for our best interest. 10/10 would absolutely recommend to friends and family.
Pool is closed a lot. I was going to lease here but I visit my cousin often and the pool is closed when there is a chance of rain or pool gate broken or maintenance forgot to unlock or looked at weather and saw it would rain after 5 pm so left closed all day . Cloudy so lock pool down , breezy so lock pool down. Lock it up at first sign of rain but they don't unlock when sun comes out an hour later. Three pool gates if one is not working they lock all the the pool gates down ?? Can't fix pool gate ? No swim this weekend sorry ? Security gate broken often ? Took months to fix after Hurricane Helen. Decent playground. It's a shame. I really wanted to lease here. My fiance and her son like it. Very pretty landscape trees and bushes.
